Punctuation Penguins!

In English, we have been writing instructions on how to wash a chimpanzee.  We had to remember to include some fabulous adjectives and imperative verbs.

We have been trying to improve our writing by thinking about our punctuation.  If we achieve our targets by the end of the week, then we get a reward.  This week we earnt a Punctuation Penguin,

In maths, we have been using column addition and column subtraction to solve problems involving pounds and pence.

In topic, we talked about cave animals and then turned into artists by creating a cave effect using pastels.

On Friday, we celebrated Red Nose Day.  We came in to school dressed in red and bought red noses to raise lots of money.

We also made some skeletons, to support our science learning.  We were thinking about the main bones in our bodies and what they are used for.
