This week we have been looking at short division, reading The Hobbit together and in a few weeks we'll be putting together our toys.

Our English this week has been recreating a story but writing it in our own words and adding lots of rich speech that we have been attempting to punctuate perfectly.

In Maths, we have remembered that division is the inverse of multiplication and have learned that  we can use short division to take on larger numbers. Mason "loved"  practising short division!

In Science we have learned about Sir Isaac Newton and his discovery of gravity and then compared mass and weight.

Angus wanted to add that he has, "liked learning about all the cams, axles, sliders and followers that we'll need to make our toy move."
